Error Message: Insufficient Credit or Funds

 

ySoft (BCS Print/Scanning) - When you delete jobs from the ySoft menu – still on the Xerox printer, these are jobs still on the servers. 

 

If you don’t delete the job, you can still go to another printer and claim the job to print (assuming the printer has adequate copies).

 

 

To Delete the Print Jobs:

Step 1

Log-in to Xerox Printer.

Step 2

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Select “BCS Print/Scanning”.

Step 3 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Next screen will show a list of waiting print jobs.

 

 

  - Proceed to next page, if more than one page.

Select all waiting print jobs (Jobs will be highlighted).

 

Next, select “Trash Can” icon to delete print jobs.

To go back to home screen, select “Services Home” button to continue or log-out.
