Xerox Printer

Job Status will list jobs pending on the printer.  They have already left the servers and are in memory of the Xerox device/printer.  If a job is in the Job Status, something caused it to get ‘stuck’.  This is normally paper size or other resource is missing.  If you click on a job and then details, you may be able to determine what is needed.



When you delete jobs from the ySoft menu – still on the Xerox device/printer, these are jobs still on the servers.  If you don’t delete the job, you can still go to another device/printer and claim the job to print.
