Click “Register” next to Login (Top Right Page).

Create a New Account by Completing the Fields.

 

DO NOT add an "e" with your employee ID#.

STEP 3

 

 

 

After Completing the Fields, Click “Register”.

STEP 4

 

 

 

After you register, you will receive an email with a "Confirmation Link" to complete your registration.

 

After you have confirmed your account, you will be able to view, edit and print your account information.

If you forgot your password and need to change it, click on "Forgot Password" (Top Right Page).

 

Enter requested information and click “Recover”.

 

 

You will receive an email, please click on the link “Reset Password”.


The system will generate a new password. Enter the new password to log-in to the ESS system.

Click on “Your Name” (Top Right Page), enter the current password, new password and confirm new password.

 

Click “Change Account” (top page).

 

Manage Account

After you log-in to your account, click on "Your Name" (Top Right Page).  You will be able to view, edit or print employee information, email address, password, etc.

Check Inquiry

 

To view paycheck information, click “Check Inquiry”.  A table will appear, find the paycheck date and double click in the row for detailed information.

When finished, click "Log-off" (Top Right Page).
