If you have claimed your account and cannot access your email, try to reset/change your password.

To reset/change your password:

-  Please go to the Employees Only Page on the BCS website.

-  Click the tab labeled Identity Management (IDM). 

-  Select Forgotten or Reset Password.

-  Enter Username (e.....) or (c.....) and Follow Prompt.

- Refresh your browser when done.

If you receive BCS emails on other devices, please change your password.

To log-in to Office 365 (emails), you must enter your BCS email address and new password.  Click on Work or School Account, if prompted, under password
