How to fix Client Out-Of-Date Error on DRC Application

Previous Step 1: Login In To The BCS Admin Account on the Student Laptop
If the laptop is a student device please login to the (BCSAdmin) account; If the laptop has the option to login with a username and password then enter a Teacher or Administrators Credentials
Once inside of the DRC Application
Step 2: Press Upgrade
Press upgrade under the error message, wait until the installation wizard completes the installation. The screen will automatically return to normal after everything is complete. Do not touch anything after pressing "Upgrade"
Step 3: Exit the Test Check
Press the exit button at the bottom of the page to continue back to the main DRC page.
